Plan for week 4

We may be pushed for time.  We need to cover steps 1-9 of the instructions. I'd like to scrap the introductory activity next week only.  I'll use the beginning time to go through the directions

5:00 - 5:15: Instructions
5:15 - 6:15: Rocket assembly
6:15 - 6:35: Glue dries, Conservation of energy, 1st cut to estimate rocket performance
6:35 - 7:00: Add glue fillets for fins, lug
