Lessons Learned (from Students)

Lessons:
  • Make sure equipment works before Launch Day
  • Batteries (extra?, or power requirements?)
  • Put Film in camera the day before.
  • Practice, Practice, Practice
  • Bring Steve Hall (radio Expert)
  • Make Labels waterproof
  • Water proof radio (plastic bag?)
  • Cross train
    • at least two people trained for each task (radio, prediction, setup, inflation, etc)
  • Test radios a week early.

  • Pocket Tracker Radio/ J-Pole Antenna
  • GPS antenna and engine
